The National Seashore is 35 years old. This Sunday, Feb. 21, at 3 p.m. Friends of Canaveral will hold a meeting and covered dish dinner to celebrate, as well as welcome potential new members. This will be held at the Eldora State House, Canaveral National Seashore.
Friends of Canaveral will provide baked ham, drinks (wine, water, lemonade, iced tea), and all plates and utensils. Please bring a side, salad or dessert to share. If the weather cooperates, the meeting and picnic will be on the banks of the lagoon if not, it will be inside the Eldora House.
