There is a new Meetup Group here in New Smyrna Beach. It is for families, mothers, fathers, anyone with children (of any age), that enjoys the beach, kayaking, state parks, boating, surfing....anything fun that we have here locally. I am a member of a couple of other groups, this is a great way to meet new people in your community with similar interests and similar problems that face all of us every day. A meetup could be as simple as a walk on the beach, or as complicated as a boat trip to Disappearing Island. There will be something for everyone, the best part is you only participate in what interests you!
