Spring Fling

The Hub on Canal is holding a very cool family event this Friday, March 21st. This looks like a fun way to kick off Spring Break without breaking the bank. It is from 5-8 p.m. It is free if you are a member of the Hub, $5.00 for non members and children under 12 are free!  There will be all kinds of activities, food and entertainment. Face painting, a photo booth, dancing and all of these are free once you go in. Should be a nice time with the kids!

The Hub on Canal

If you haven't seen the new Hub on Canal Street, it is pretty awesome. Gorgeous artwork. Friendly people. The News Journal had a nice article on it back in March. I finally had a chance to check it out, plenty of choices depending on your taste. It is almost impossible not to find something you like. There are classes going on at The Hub in June, everything from Line Dancing to Writing. You can get the schedule and list of classes here.
